2. Website use

• You must use the site lawfully and not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse content.
• Content is provided for general information; availability of rooms, rates, and services is subject to confirmation.
• We may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

3. Reservations, rates & payment

• Reservations are subject to availability and written/email confirmation.
• Displayed rates may exclude applicable taxes/fees unless stated otherwise.
• Payment methods and due dates will be communicated at booking. Some rates require a deposit or pre-payment.
• Valid government ID may be required at check-in. The booking guest must be 18+ or of legal age under applicable law.

4. Cancellations, amendments & no-shows

• Cancellation and amendment terms are specified in your booking confirmation and rate plan.
• No-shows or late cancellations may incur charges up to the total booking value, as stated in the rate policy.

5. Check-in/out & guest conduct

• Check-in and check-out times are communicated in your confirmation and at the property.
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, you agree to follow house rules, including any smoke-free, noise, or visitor policies.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings. Please use room safes where provided.

6. Damage, loss & charges

• Guests are responsible for damage to rooms, facilities, and property (including excessive cleaning), and authorize charging the payment method on file for related costs supported by documentation.

7. Events & conferencing

• Event bookings may require a signed agreement and deposit. Final numbers, setup details, and payment schedules are due by dates stated in your event order.
• External suppliers must comply with our safety policies; prior approval may be required.

8. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for claims arising under these Terms is limited to amounts paid to us for the relevant booking.
• Nothing excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, government actions, strikes, epidemics, or utility failures).

11. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute content without permission.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our site at the time of booking or use applies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
